• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the platform.
• Bypassing usage limits, safeguards, or access controls.
• Using the platform to create spam, malware, or abusive automation.

Platform Integrity

You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of BookFoundry AI or its underlying systems.

Enforcement

BookFoundry AI reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to take any action deemed appropriate.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, removal of content, forfeiture of credits, and denial of future use, without prior notice.

No Obligation to Monitor

BookFoundry AI is not obligated to actively monitor user activity but reserves the right to do so at its discretion to ensure compliance with this policy.
