Refund Policy

BookFoundry AI provides digital, automated, and on-demand services. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Subscriptions, usage credits, one-time purchases, and generated outputs are non-refundable once the service has been accessed, activated, or used in any capacity.

This includes, but is not limited to, content generation, file exports, metadata creation, and any automated processing performed by the platform.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases of verified technical failure that directly prevents access to the service and is proven to be caused solely by BookFoundry AI systems.

User error, misuse, dissatisfaction with generated output, changes in third-party platform policies, or failure to achieve desired results do not qualify for refunds.

Refund Review Process

Any refund request must be submitted in writing and may require additional information for review. All refund determinations are made solely at the discretion of BookFoundry AI.

Approval of a refund in one instance does not establish an obligation to grant refunds in future cases.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the platform.
