BookFoundry is a software platform designed to assist users in generating, structuring, formatting, and preparing book-related content using automated and BookFoundry-assisted systems. The platform provides tools and outputs intended to support creative and publishing workflows.

BookFoundry does not act as a publisher, legal advisor, editor, or compliance authority.

User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that all content generated using the platform must be independently reviewed, edited, validated, and approved by you prior to publication, distribution, or monetization.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you use complies with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, intellectual property requirements, and third-party terms.

All content generated using BookFoundry is created under the sole direction and responsibility of the user. BookFoundry assumes no responsibility or liability for such content.

3. BookFoundry-Generated Content

Content generated through BookFoundry is produced automatically based on user input and system processes. We do not guarantee originality, accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.

You acknowledge that BookFoundry-generated content may contain similarities to existing works, and you are responsible for verifying and modifying such content before use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

BookFoundry may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
• Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change.
• Free trials, if offered, are available to new users and may convert automatically into a paid subscription.

No Guarantees or Warranties

BookFoundry provides the platform and its outputs on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No guarantees, warranties, or representations are made regarding acceptance, ranking, performance, revenue, discoverability, or results on any third-party platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Google Play Books, IngramSpark, or any other publishing or distribution service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookFoundry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or reliance on generated outputs.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, business opportunities, account termination by third parties, or content removal.

Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with or reference third-party services, payment providers, or publishing platforms. BookFoundry is not responsible for the availability, policies, actions, or decisions of any third party.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
