Refund Policy

BookFoundry AI provides digital, automated, and on-demand services. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Subscriptions, usage credits, one-time purchases, and generated outputs are non-refundable once the service has been accessed, activated, or used in any capacity.

This includes, but is not limited to, content generation, file exports, metadata creation, and any automated processing performed by the platform.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases of verified technical failure that directly prevents access to the service and is proven to be caused solely by BookFoundry AI systems.

User error, misuse, dissatisfaction with generated output, changes in third-party platform policies, or failure to achieve desired results do not qualify for refunds.

Refund Review Process

Any refund request must be submitted in writing and may require additional information for review. All refund determinations are made solely at the discretion of BookFoundry AI.

Approval of a refund in one instance does not establish an obligation to grant refunds in future cases.

Refunds and Ownership of Generated Books

If a refund is approved, you give up all rights to any book, manuscript, cover, audiobook, or other output created with the refunded credits. Ownership of that output transfers in full to BookFoundry AI, and your licence to use, publish, sell, or distribute it ends on the date the refund is issued.

You must stop using the refunded output and withdraw it from any store or platform where you have published it. Continuing to publish or sell it after a refund is a use of content you no longer own.

Books created with credits you did not get refunded remain entirely yours. A refund affects only the output paid for by the refunded credits.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the platform.
